Disneyland Timeline

How to use the Disneyland Timeline

Because there is so much history at Disneyland, a complete timeline of events would be very long, and hard to read. That's why we divided all the important events at Disneyland in to groups 10 years. Although, because all the events are crowded together, it may be hard to determine how to read the timeline.

Here is an example of two events.

 Example 1

1953 1

-August 2

Anaheim selected as the site of the Park 3

 Example 2

1982 1

April 17 2

Please notice the small numbers next to a few of the lines, they are numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4. Each number represents a different topic they describe.

# 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - is the year the group of events took place
# 2- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - is the month, or the month and the day that the event or events took place
# 3 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - is a milestone, or an event that has never occurred at Disneyland
# 4- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -is an event that occurred inside a specific land, in this case, Tommorrowland. First it says the land, and then is followed by two colons ( these : ), after the two colons, the new attraction is listed, or the event that took place there is listed.
