Walt Disney World
The completion
of Walt Disney World was one of the last projects Walt attended to.
He never did see if finished. In order to celebrate the legacy of it's
founder Walt Disney World is throwing a party!
The celebration
starts on October 1, 2001, and will end one year later on October 1,
2002.
All four
parks at the Walt Disney World Resort will be celebrating. The main
hub though for this celebration is at the Disney MGM Studios!
At the Disney MGM Studios
Beginning September 23rd a new attraction "Walt Disney: One Man's
Dream," will show memorabilia about Walt Disney's career and heritage
to the public for the first time.

The newest
addition to the park will be the unvieling of a 122 foot tall Sorcerer
Hat, standing in front of the Chinese Theater. Inside the hat will include
kiosks, where guests can interact and play games about Walt Disney.
